About Us

The Adalia Vocal Academy aims to provide personal one-on-one singing tuition in a nurturing
environment. Beginning with the fundamentals of vocal technique -- voice training, musical
interpretation, ear training, and music theory -- student singers begin the process of developing
their instrument as well as their musicianship. Singers are encouraged to sing songs they enjoy,
in any style of music they prefer. Styles include: Pop, R’n’B, Alternative, Rock, Jazz and Musical Theater.

The aim of The Adalia Vocal Academy is to foster creative and professional development in each singer,
young or old, professional or beginner, in all fields of vocal music and music performance. Lessons are
customized to get the best out of every singer’s voice, both technically and musically. We look to harness
and develop individuality and uniqueness in each student, so that they don’t just become great singers, but
also high-quality all round performers.

All lessons are at the pace of each individual student. All classes are one-on-one, with the occasional group
class; which acts as a mini performance for students, to help curb those ‘nerves’. (Really handy!)
